STAGE 3 - ROUGH MEP
Complete
- Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Systems
STAGE 4 - DRYWALL
Started October 2020
- On the outside of insulation to make less noise and give stability
STAGE 5 - INTERIOR FINISHES
- Window sills, doors, trim, cabinets, appliances, vanities, and counter tops are installed
STAGE 6 - FINAL WALKTHROUGH
Starting January 2021
- Meet with design coordinator to select final finishes & upgrades
- Final walkthrough with builder to familiarize you with home features
- Builder punch list will be completed at this time
