Hello, my name is Patty Rhodes. For the past 28 years, I have been a real estate investor, remodeler/interior designer, rehab/resale specialist, and Developer. In 2010, I got my Real Estate Brokers license so that I could become an invaluable resource to help others reach their own real estate investment goals.
I specialize in new construction, redevelopment projects, and buy and hold property purchases.
